I am a 36 year old veteran/waitress that has struggled with neck discomfort and chronic back pain. I am constantly moving on my feet and carrying heavy things around. Before seeking treatment at Clairepointe, I had been undergoing physical therapy for over two years that never gave me any lasting results and BARELY managed my pain. I had one leg longer than the other because my hips were twisted, lordosis, scoliosis, and bone spurring. And it felt like it! Firstly, I was impressed with how friendly and thorough the ENTIRE team was. ROM was checked and documented, I was x-rayed and they actively listen to what pain you've experienced/are experiencing and for how long. They also set up an individual treatment and payment plan. I knew up front how much and for how long, which made it easy for me to make my decision. I was also educated on causes of my ailments from a chiropractic stance as well as what to expect from treatment at the state my spine was in. Fast forward to 3 months into treatment and my well-being has changed drastically! I don't need to pop my neck every 5 seconds. I no longer have chronic pain in my lumbar or the spasms I was used to. When I do, it is short lived and less intense. I also feel taller due to improvements in my posture. I went from feeling twisted and off balance to feeling more energetic, which was almost immediate. During my last progress exam, we went over the differences between my first and current xray. The spacing between my vertebrae has increased. I come from a family with lots of back surgeries due to deteriorating spines so for me, that was incredibly exciting news! I highly recommend Clairepointe. They are friendly, professional and experienced. My only regret is I didn't find them sooner.
