Day One at Clairpointe Family Chiropractic


Prior to your new patient appointment, please fill out the New Patient Application from our website. When you arrive at our office, bring in the completed New Patient Application along with your insurance card(s). If you are unable to print off the New Patient Application, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to fill out a hard copy in our office. Your appointment will start on time and will last about 45-60 minutes.

New Patient Application


The cost of your new patient appointment is $210, which will include a through history, exam, necessary x-rays, and your follow up report. This dollar amount may be reduced by your insurance benefits.

On this visit, we will proceed in the following order:

  • Specific posture check to determine if you may be a candidate for chiropractic care.
  • A thorough history of your chief complaint and related health issues.
  • Perform a chiropractic evaluation consisting of spinal range of motion, bilateral weight scales, and related orthopedic and neurologic tests as necessary.
  • Digital X-Rays of your spine for analysis.
  • For any acute symptoms you may be having, we will provide you with instructions for at-home first aid relief.
  • Schedule your follow-up appointment to discuss your results and treatment recommendations.


Day one at our office is all about discovery! Determining the cause of your health conditions to design a personal treatment plan to resolve your conditions and get you back to health.



Day Two | Clairpointe Recommendation


Your second visit is where you will learn about your body and spine, discuss in detail the root cause of your condition, and present a treatment plan for your recovery. Your appointment will start on time and last about 30-45 minutes.

On this visit, we will proceed in the following order:

  • What a normal spine looks like and what a subluxation is?
  • The location of your specific subluxation patterns and how they are affecting your body.
  • The phases of spinal decay that result from subluxations.
  • X-ray and examination findings.
  • Our specific recommendations for your recovery will define how long it will take to get well and how often you'll need to come.
  • An explanation of how your insurance benefits will participate in your care and payment options for your portion.
  • Upon the agreement to start care, you will receive your first chiropractic adjustment.
  • At the end of this visit, our staff will schedule your appointments and payment dates so that the visits for your care are brief and effective.

Progress Exams

Your first progress exam begins after the first two weeks of care and every four weeks following. These exams are important to record the effectiveness of your treatment. Progress exams take an additional 10 – 15 minutes and will be scheduled with your chiropractic adjustment that day. 


Progress exams include:
  • Spinal range of motion
  • History of chief complaint update
  • Bilateral weight scales
  • Posture evaluation
